About this apartment rental

Situated in the heart of St Ives, a couple of minutes away from the Town Centre, Harbour, Beaches and Restaurants, the historic Sunday School building has recently been sympathetically restored and re-developed. 3 Sunday School Court is a beautiful, modern, two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and is the only one to offer a large private courtyard as well as off site parking for one car.

In a superb central location, it’s the perfect place at any time of year to immerse yourself in everything St Ives and the beautiful Cornish coastline has to offer.

To access the apartment there is a set of steps which leads up to the large private blocked paved courtyard. The outside dining furniture has seating for four and is an ideal place to unwind after a busy day with a glass of wine.

Double French doors open into the modern, contemporary open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This apartment has gas central heating and wooden flooring throughout.

The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a footstool, a Smart TV and Wii games console, together with a selection of games and DVD’s. The dining area has a table and seating for four.

The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer and slimline dishwasher. A Nespresso Coffee Machine is also provided.

The first bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and deep-sill doubled glazed windows with Cornish fitted shutters.

The second bedroom also has a deep sill and doubled glazed windows with Cornish fitted shutters, a fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Zip and link beds provide two single beds or a super king-size bed. These beds can be configured to your own requirements.

The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with storage cabinet.

• Parking is located 0.3 miles from the property. Please be aware you need to access a typical St Ives lane to park, it is easy to access with care. Access lane 2.4m wide. The parking space dimensions are 2.18m wide and 4.90m long.
• Access Statement – 3 Sunday School is accessed via an external flight of stairs consisting of nineteen steps. There is then one further step to the front door.

    We found this property to be well equipped in the kitchen. furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, eg we had the super king sized bed which made for a good night's sleep. All was clean and we appreciated the games etc. As in the description the parking space was down a narrow lane and there wasn't much room for manoeuvre. It was up a steep hill but parking spaces in St Ives are like gold dust. The only thing we would add would maybe be some coat hooks near the front door. Thanks for a lovely stay.
