About this apartment rental
Whether you’re going to Faro to visit the historical city or the surrounding beaches, we welcome you to your home away from home! The spacious apartment is in the city center, just 6 kilometers from Faro Airport, 8 kilometers from the Ilha de Faro beach and 200 meters from the famous Igrega do Carmo. Within a short walking distance there are also several restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, pubs and a grocery store. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and free street parking.
This 80 m2 (860 sq ft) 2 bedroom apartment was remodeled in June 2018 with modern furnishing and amenities. The living room has a futon couch that folds out to a bed double bed, and a flat screen TV with satellite with a variety of channels. The living room opens to a small balcony. High-speed WiFi internet access is also available. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Plates, glasses, and flatware are provided.
The accommodation sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for family vacations or holidays with friends. The first bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, and a small balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and a closet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units and light blocking blinds. There are two bathrooms, one of which has private access from the master bedroom.
When we out of town, our cousin Nuno will be available to give you keys. For your convenience you will be given two sets of keys. We will be available via WhatsApp or through the AirBnB application should you have additional questions.

mooie appartement met alle comfort,
buurt is ook heel rustig,alle faciliteiten zijn in de buurt .

Appartement bien situé, calme , à proximité du centre ville à pied. Toutes les commodités . Un nid de cigognes à côté. Appartement bien équipé, très confortable. Pas de difficultés pour garer la voiture. Merci à Vicente et son cousin Nuno

The accommodation is modern, ideally placed for those who like to explore on foot, and only ten minutes from the bus and railway station.
The outside space is limited, but not a problem.
The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was pleasantly quiet at night, despite the central location.
Vincent and Nuno were hospitable hosts, and dealt quickly with a few minor issues.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, thank you.

Suggerisco al proprietario alcune carenze da sistemare con priorita':
mettere una targhetta al campanello dell'abitazione (abbiamo avuto molti problemi a farci aprire il cancello risolto drasticamente suonando a tutto il condominio)
Trovare una soluzione per arieggiare i bagni e sitemare gli accessori di cucina (mettendo magare le istruzioni per l'utilizzo del fornello a induzione e alla macchina del caffe').
Per il resto la posizione e' ottimale per visitare la citta'....ottimo il servizio A/R per l'aereoporto
