Location was perfect it's close to everything like bus terminal, restaurants and even airport. Staff was friendly. Not bad for a short stay if u want a budget-friendly private accommodation in Faro.

Just a bit warm in my room but they provide a fan but still a bit warm.

The location is quite busy, surrounded by many buildings and cars parked by local residents. The listing was a bit unclear, as the property is a shared flat with a shared bathroom, located on the 2nd floor with no lift. Carrying large suitcases was a real struggle, especially since there’s an additional spiral wooden staircase inside the flat to reach the room. There is no air conditioning, and you’re given only one set of keys, which you must keep very carefully—losing them would leave you unable to access both the building and the flat. However, the room had a lovely large balcony with direct access, which was a nice highlight.
