Location. The kitchen was very tidy.
It was dirty and a lot of things were broken or dirty. There was water in the bathrooms floor and the walls in the room were dirty.

The location was ideal for a night's stay near the airport. Bed was clean and comfy, kitchen was well equipped. Small balcony on our room made a big difference, lovely space to sit out in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The shared bathroom needed a bit of an upgrade, and the instructions for self check in weren't very clear or concise.

There was good wardrobe space, plenty of towels provided and toilet roll.
The shower floor had tiles missing, one dislodged tile was still in the shower and should've been removed if the shower couldn't be repaired to spare risk of injury.
