My second stay here. A quiet location, responsive owner, excellent cleaning staff, well stocked kitchen.
Only the other guests being loud and dirty. And if I had to nitpick, being able to use the washing machine would be an amazing bonus.

Private, clean and comfortable. I had a room with a shared bathroom, but I never saw anyone else anyways as it was only shared with one other unit. The shared kitchen was well stocked and very clean as well. A little tricky finding the place and even more tricky figuring out how to get in the front door - it was explained to me after the fact. Luckily, the cleaning lady was outside at the time I arrived, and she let me in.

The room was nice and easy to check in
The bathroom was pretty dirty, it didnt smell good, there was water and hairs all over the floor. The apartment had another bathroom for other 2 rooms at that one looked clean though.
