This beach house is located across the road from the Rye foreshore beach and pier, and just moments from the main street restaurants, pubs and cafes. This house is perfect for families wanting to leave the car at home and simply walk to the beach and enjoy the day basking in the sun and swimming in the water. It is also the ideal location for those wanting to explore what the Rye township has to offer, as well as for those wanting to venture out and visit the numerous wineries in the area and the Peninsula Hot Springs. This family home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area and lounge with enough room for the boat and cars in the driveway!

The house is neat and clean with beautiful gardens located close to beach and shops. Host easy to contact and very welcoming. Will definitely return!
