The staff was very helpful

It’s a quiet place was a small garden, but there is construction going on on the property so not as quiet as should be

Wi-Fi is pretty bad and also 5G is not working there almost at all. As we work online, it was a torture.

Clean and spacious room with a kitchen for communal use and a big garden. You can easily walk down to the water.

The guesthouse is new, so the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and helping.

They were building something right in front of the hotel, 10 meters from the windows. So the sounds of construction were all day long, since 9 am and it was very loud. Also there is another house on the territory of the hotel where locals live, as I understood they are not the owner’s family. There are quite many people living there and since they are Georgians, they are very noisy. Children, adults spend time outside and talk and shout all day long. You will be hearing their noise even if you close the balcony door. So if you are coming for taking rest and chilling, it’s not the right place. Also there is no sound isolation in the building so you will hear all the sounds from the guests staying a floor above you.
