Room was clean and comfortable. Beach is in 3-5 min walk (with almost no people). Small family house with some rooms for rent on the 2nd floor. You can use garden facilities such as bbq and dining tables. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. They also have a cute and clever dog :) Good to stay for several days in Kobuleti for reasonable price.
Located in the outskirts of the town, but you can easily get to the center of Kobuleti or Batumi by frequent marshrutkas or taxi. Railway station is in 15-20 min walk

One of the better places in town in my opinion. Very nice owner who prepares delicious coffee and a very good breakfast. It's definitely worth it. I recommend. Insta and yt roadtodeathcom

A very nice comfortable house with a perfect location - 2 min on foot from a beach. We stayed in a room on the second floor, it had a big nice bed and a large window, so was very light. I should also mention a perfect terrace - a cool place for evenings! Staff was very nice and friendly, thank you and hope to see you again!
