I spent two nights here on my way from Chakvi to Kutaisi. And I liked it. Manana is a very welcoming person)) I liked the place for that price. It was just the last day before it became higher - the high season is started by the sea, and it will be even more in August... But I was there just for two last days of June. The weather was beautiful, hot sun daytime, fresh at night.  Kettle in the room. Full kitchen on the 1st floor. And I like my stay in the corner room on the 1st floor - 2nd floor was full, and I had more private close to great Araucaria. Very nice front yard, trees, flowers. You can sit in gazebo and have your meal in the shade. The street is pretty close, but it is not nosy at home. Fortunately, the window in the toilet has mosquito net. Actually, it is the only one window you can open. The curtains provide good protection from the sun in the morning. The lock is standard for that type of doors, no problem. The sea in 8 minutes from your home. It is not that close to the big market, but it is still about 20 minutes on foot. Several groceries different brands are close. It is a great location even in high season I suppose, but the location is not that close to either Rustaveli street or the embankment, where is could be very noisy. I like to swim in Kobuleti, it is pebble beach and it is not easy to go to the water, but the water mostly is very clean. I tried any beaches in Adjaria, and Kobuleti is very good.

A double bed is made up of two single beds, so there is always a gap between them. The edges of the bed are sharp as always, so I usually cover them with a blanket to avoid hitting myself. the room was open when we came in, 1st floor, you know, so it wasn't super clean, I cleaned it by myself because I like to be barefoot inside, Thai habit)) and do my exercises on the floor. The room is furnished in a standard, simple manner. Mosquitoes may be present, so it's best to plan ahead. There's internet, but since there are multiple users on one router, it's sufficient for watching movies, messaging, videos, pictures, etc, but not fast enough for video streaming. It's fine to do some things outside, but not in the room. But these are rooms for vacation, not work))

Местоположение хорошее.Интернет есть, горячая вода тоже.Паркинг во дворе.

На мой взгляд один из самых лучших сочетаний цены и качества. Сделан отель не «лишь бы построить и заработать», а и стильно, и аккуратно. Есть все удобства. Видно, что следят за ремонтом. Это единственное место, где мы вообще нигде не видели плесени, которая здесь у моря, особенно в ванных, норма. Хозяева очень интеллигентные, внимательные, в тоже время ненавязчивые. Есть удобная парковка во дворе, приятная зона отдыха на улице. На любую просьбу откликаются с участием. Хорошее расположение, и не в шумном центре, и не не отшибе. Спокойно можно пешком дойти и до центра и до моря. Желаю процветания этому гостеприимному дому.
