Overall acceptable but it can be better.

Location is great. Breakfast variety it can satisfy anyone. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Parking at each cabin is available. Activities for children. Barbecue spots. Well equipped kitchenette.

Cleanliness can be improved. Understaffing. Pirate restaurant not opened. Value for money. Internet(WiFi) with weak and even no connection. Bed linen and towels must be laid on the bed by renter and at checkout we were asked, kindly, to bring it back to ease the life of the staff (pretty strange because we had to pay extra for it) - therefore I suggest you hire more people for that.

We would not return to this place again just because of the poor sleeping conditions.

A quiet place with lots of outdoor facilities for kids.

The most unexpected thing was that towels and sheets were available for an additional fee. Because of the high cost, we only bought some of them and ended up sleeping in very poor conditions. This is a big drawback for people who come without cars. The pillows should also be replaced with new ones, as they are not comfortable to sleep on.

Nice Lego experience for kids, hospitality could be better

Well curated cabins, a stone throw from Legoland, fun for kids

I received several messages after booking and not a single one talked about bringing own bed sheets. We even look for this information on the booking page with the personnel and could not find it. The personnel blamed booking, even though it’s them managing the ad. We then decided to rent the sheets and we were charged 155dkk/person even though we have a toddler who slept with us and did not need sheets. When (one hour after gettting them) I asked to return a set of untouched sheets I was told it was not refundable.

Family friendly with lots of playground areas

Very family friendly place. My kids of 6 and 4 years old were going to the play area walking by themselves. Very safe. Different playgrounds and so much fun for the kids. We stayed in the ninjago cabins.

You have to bring your own towels and bedsheets, otherwise you need to pay extra charge to get them from the reception.

The kitchen was so small that made it useless. The bathroom and toilet were mixed which was not hygienic.

Just ideal if you want to have a complete Lego experience when visiting Legoland. Kids loved it.

Very stylish (Lego Nindja), in that it was an exceptional experience. Very close to Legoland. Excellent dinner but bit disorganised for having a simple tea with milk in the morning - need to run to 3 different corners… 😀 Also the free available Wi-Fi could be stronger (but th one with password worked, although I needed to run back to reception desk to get it).

Nice experience

The cabin can accommodate up to 6 persons. All the necessary stuff is in there. Unlike other camping sites we’ve visited before, this one was quite at night! The matrass was very comfortable, even the sofa bed was very comfortable too. Enough room for my baby to crawl and there’s plenty activities to do around the site besides visiting the Legoland. It’s 10 minutes walking to Legoland. Very convenient!

Pleasant

Location was very good and accessability excellent. Lovely Ninjago themed decorations for the kids in the cabin and on the grounds. Lots of activities on the grounds.

Way TOO expensive for what you get. The price in high season is as much as you pay for a five star hotel. Also you have to pay extra for linens, dishwashing soap and brush. You have to leave all the dishes clean when you check out or else you will get a fine. Also, you have to make your own beds and take the linens to the checkout when you leave. During our three nights, stay, they did not come and clean the cabin. They only clean when you check out. Would rather stay in a hotel if I come back to go to Legoland.

Very good

Very cozy and pretty new cabin. All you need is there. Enough place for 4 people and 2 small gods. Very good dinner and there is no people if you come till 6pm.

Very bad pillows, like a stone. I had a horrible headache all the time. There is no air condition in the cabin, even with open windows it was too hot. Breakfast was overloaded, too much people and no good food

that we had to bring towels and bed sheets and we paid 4000 dkk for 2 nights. that's a little bit too much effort for the price.

Tiny but cute cabins

-Easy touch screen self check-in. -Wonderful clean camp grounds, with playgrounds for younger kids all around the camping. -Amazingly friendly stuff. -Cabin is tiny but sleeps 5 quite comfortably. -Good curtains( you really do need good curtains if you want to get good sleep in Denmark) -Large dining table is a nice feature. -Fun treasure hunt for kids on the grounds.

Not only you need to pay extra for bedsheets and towels, you also need to make your own bed and then get it undone when you are leaving. I know it's a camp but when you pay for a cabin, I think, beds should be made. Although cabin seemed clean, there was a lot of dust. Kitchenette was extremely tiny, equipped with only camping two burner. Double bed was really on the small size, with one side of the bed stuck to the wall. It was a warm day in Denmark, the cabin tends to get really warm. Although windows helped, AC would have been nice. Terrace seating was just simply uncomfortable.

We had a good stay and will recommend the cottages to others

Nice Cabins, clean, well decorated to the Ninjago theme. Close to Legoland.

Beds were not comfortable. Bunk beds are way too small. We were not properly informed about cleaning of dishes before leaving. It would have been nice to have more cleaning material and cloths since we need to clean ourselves. No floor brush for the bathroom making it difficult to keep clean after using the shower.

close to Legoland, Lalandia, and short drive (or walk on a nice day) to Lego House. lots of themed playgrounds all around the campsites

we didn’t read the fine print on the booking. the cabins do not supply towels and linens. we’re not campers and came unprepared. luckily the front desk rents linens and towels (1 towel set per linen rental)
