Legoland villiage

Everything was easily accessible. Neuro diverse friendly. Plenty for children of all ages to do.

It was self catering however no toaster or microwave, this made it difficult to make meals so had to purchase meals instead.

Location

The beds were bad! We all got back aches from sleeping in them! We had to put on bed sheets ourself , WTF?! The pillows were old asf, that’s disgusting! The floor was dirty!! We are not happy! And we paid a lot just for 3 nights…

Bare bones close to Lego

Location to Lego and the theming. Good WiFi

That I had to pay $60 for sheets for my bed. I knew it was “camp”y but had no idea sheets were an extra expense. Taking that into account, I could have stayed at the Lego hotel for a bit more $. Didn’t realize the accommodations were SO barebones.

Location is great but rooms need good maintenance

Location is good, kids friendly

Rooms were not well maintained, bathroom doors were broken when we arrived and heating was not working at some places, one needs to figure out what was wrong with them. If one is to clean out before they leave the space then there has to be enough tools to cleanup before leaving. I didn’t understand the policy to rent the sheets even after an exorbitant room rents.

Cabin was good.. a bit cramped for 4 adults, but ok as a base …easy walking distance to legoland / lego house, laplandia.. shuttle bus between them all. we were falling over each other a bit. Beds were big enough for adults .. actually better than being in a caravan. kitchen was basic - kettle and a hot plate.. lots of cutlery and crockery. coffee cups like expresso cups … multiple buffets available around £30 a head , but all u can eat so worth ot of u eat a lot.. kids half price . but ample for what we needed.. would we go again… could do with a club or a takeaway.. everything seems to close by 9pm ..

Quite a well organised holiday village. The shuttle bus stop in front of the supermarket was really convenient. We appreciated that we could leave our luggage in their luggage room until we checked in and after check out.

The takeaway service was unreliable. The schedule states that it is open daily in the evening from 5pm-9pm. However, with two very hungry children, it was extremely disappointing that we found the takeaway service closed without any sign in place to notify guests about this. When I inquired at the restaurant about this, they just said it was closed that day and that we could eat in the restaurant, which we did not want to.

It was good, but not amazing. Great location, but much smaller than anticipated.

It was a great location - we were able to walk everywhere for Legoland, Lego House and Lalandia. It was really fun having Lego items in the cabin, that my 6 year old son loved! The facilities were ok.

We had to rent linen on top of the Cabin rental. The pillows, mattress and duvet were pretty awful (all very thin) and the Cabin was much smaller than anticipated for the price paid. Shower ran out of hot water one day too.

Great four days in a clean friendly and safe environment..

Nice cabin in a lovely location, easy access to Legoland, Lalandia and a short walk into Billund. Friendly staff, easy check-in online. Well thoughtout area with quite a few well equipped play parks, communal kitchen with gas hobs, microwave and oven, also a barbeque area, laundry facilities if you need them. Overall, we had a good break and would return.

It is in the small print, but, bed linen and towels are not provided, an extra cost of £45 for a family of four. You will also need to provide hand soap and dish liquid. "Kitchen" has a kettle, coffee machine and a two ring electric hob. On site restaurant buffet style only, on site supermarket , restaurant and carry out a fair bit more expensive than in town.

DON’T STAY HERE! They charge you €12/person for TOWELS and BED LINEN. The cabins are UGLY, SMALL and PRICEY. We paid €300/night and they also don’t do any daily CLEANING. A theft.

Mould in the showed Camp style bathroom with inadequate toilet space No takeaway service on Wednesdays or Thursdays Onsite restaurant £25 plus ahead for bland menu and no working facility to book in English online Inadequate cooking facilities One broken bin for kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms Towels and bedding an extra £35 on top of £200 a night On site shop way over priced and poorly stocked 42 mins walk from airport!!!! Beds uncomfortable and mattress topper/ pillows not sanitised I expected more for the price.... It's a Butlins type cabin charging mainstream hotel prices
