Location and facilities

Very low comfort in the beds in the cabin. No aircondition or cooling in those expensive cabins. The train(Lalandia express), was not friendly to bring strollers. Early in the morning there was two trains. In the evening packed with people. There is only 1.

Clean and fresh

Very nice and comfortable houses, Monky Tonky Land great for kids. Pool was ok.

Instructions at reception on how to get to the house with the bracelet were wrong as it worked completely different than we were told, which caused a lot of stress and time wasted to wait for technical support.

We liked that a family of 5 could all be together as that is very difficult to find. Also the facilities at Lalandia accommodate for everyone.

There was ants in the bathroom and on the bunk beds which was very off putting! The mattresses in the bedroom were incredibly thin and we only got one small pillow each which wasn’t comfortable. We also had lodge 555 so it was quite far away from the main lalandia resort and despite a train being available every 15 minutes it was always full so we only got one once and despite being first in the queue everyone rudely barged in front of us.
