The bath leaked when draining. Washing machine and dryer cycles not working and washing very noisy

Location and facilities

Very low comfort in the beds in the cabin. No aircondition or cooling in those expensive cabins. The train(Lalandia express), was not friendly to bring strollers. Early in the morning there was two trains. In the evening packed with people. There is only 1.

There is a wide variety of activities available. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The smoke house restaurant was good.

The linen pack towels were very small and some of the items had stains on them. The bathroom in the lodge was a bit dirty, and the shower area didn't have enough lighting. The land train service was insufficient at times, it felt overcrowded and unsafe inside and there was no staff limiting guests from boarding even though there was no room. We felt in the pool area there should have been staff or life guards monitoring the use of the wild river at all times. Despite signage advising guests to use the wild river one at a time, frequently multiple adults and children were using it together. And at the end where you plunge into the pool, some people were struggling to get clear before the next rider came out. After checking in at the office we were unable to select English as a language option on the carpark payment barrier and due to lack of understanding of the options were charged even though we should have had 1 hour free. The mini golf course was practically impossible, far too steep hills on some holes, not enough barriers to prevent balls rolling onto other holes. When we played there was not enough clubs for everyone to use, so we had to share. What should have been an enjoyable side activity just caused frustration.
