Disappointing stay close to Legoland

The staff is very kind and helpful, but would not go around their way to help you or anything. The design of the surroundings is superb and very enjoyable for the children. The breakfast is good, though not many choices. It is super close to Legoland, so at least that’s a plus. My kid also appreciated the bunk beds.

The beds are uncomfortable and you have to make your own bed (you get the sheets in bags, but it’s DIY from there). Most surprisingly, you also have to gather the sheets and towels and get them to the reception at check out - we had to do this at 6 am, so it was not pleasant. The amenities were close to zero - nothing besides toilet paper and an all purpose soap/shower gel/shampoo.

Great location and staff, unloved shabby rooms

The staff were friendly and it was in a great spot. There were a number of kids playgrounds on the site.

The room was very shabby. One of the lights was about to fall off the wall and the window wouldn't fully open. Overall the room felt un loved and in need of a makeover. We also got a pack of sheets and had to make our own beds.

Not worth the money...

The lego theme of the room was very fun. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help with anything if necessary. The room was very clean, as were the tables in the restaurant (at breakfast). The breakfast they offered was good, there were plenty of choices for everyone to be contented. No empty plates that weren't filled in time or anything, staff was on top of that and of the cleaning of the tables. The staff certainly made up a little for the amenities! They were amazing.

The room was very clean, but that was about the only thing that could recommend it. The room was small, but that wasn't really a problem as we were outdoors all day. The room was sadly very stuffy and badly ventilated, we had the 2 windows in the room completely open for 2 days and the air quality was still pretty poor. The showers were one big joke. There was a timer on there for 30 seconds (we timed it) like you see in some swimming pools. For over 200 euros a night you'd expect to at least be able to take a shower. Because of the timer things like washing your hair took about 4x as long and I think more water was wasted because of it. As for the shower head, when put into the 'handle' it turned completely sideways and was aimed at the wall. So you had to hold the shower head while showering while simultaneously pushing the button every 30 seconds (actually more frequently because water pressure disappeared after about 20/25 seconds.) These points were not something the fun theme of the room could make up for. Absolutely not worth the very steep price of the room.

Great location for legoland

Room was nice however quite dark looking and no air con. Paid quite a bit for the room so to arrive and start making your bed and stripping our bed when we are on holidays is not something I wish to be doing. the breakfast was nice lots of choice for everyone and location to LegoLand was fantastic only a few minutes walk and the free bus to airport was brilliant. Found the staff very pleasant

Not worth it

Too expensive for what it offers. No fridge or minibar. Far from Legoland for a Lego motel. It is almost same distance as Billund hotels, which are more decent as pricing goes. Basic breakfast, not something extraordinary (compared with Legoland Deutschland for example). Next time will find something else.

Having to make my own bed when you arrive tired takes the hotel shine off things. The food wasn’t good for vegans and was only ok for vegetarians. We were given a kettle when we asked though which was good.

Bad place and they added more expenses on top

It's fairly close to Leagoland. I wast not really impressed by this hotel. Actually I thing the negatives are bigger than the positives. Maybe I could say that the receptionists were nice for how bad it was everything else.

It's not cheap, and I declined some hotels because of this one because I though it would be better and it was more Lego like. And when we got there they charged me an stupid amount of money per person for BORROWING the towels and sheets. I probably could buy new ones for that price and the quality was so bad that. I almost prefered dressed with no sheets. And the girl says "but don't worry, it's this price for your complete stay". And we were going to stay just one night hahahaha. And of course we had to prepare our own beds because they gave us the sheets in the reception and nothing was done. So when we left they told us that they would prefer us to return the sheets in the reception because otherwise the cart of the cleaning lady would get full to quickly, and at that point we took it with humor because we never had a worse experience in a hotel. I could add that the breakfast wasn't that great, not all the options that I would like and it seem like there was just one small space for an stupid amount of people. So you had to wait for so long to get the food you wanted (self service). The place and the rooms were low quality, with broken things, light that didn't work, it wasn't too clean, and the experience was pretty bad in general.

New nice and stylish place

Great location! Only 2 walk min till Lalandia and 7-10 min to LegoLand. Wonderfull territory with a lot of Lego sculptures, mini golf and playgrounds. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. The room was very big and comfortable.

No room service/cleaning for 3 days… On breakfast good to have porridges for kids.

Family vacation in Billund at a fair price

I’d like to thank the lady at the reception who was so kind as to let us check in at 8am after a long night trip (instead of 15.00)

Basic, but very clean hotel close to Legoland. Pretty good continental breakfast, although there could be more fruit and vegies. Nice and helpful staff. IMPORTANT: although Booking information states that separate agreement or notification of hotel is required if arrival is after 9 p,, actually the front desk is 24/7. But it is recommended to check in only upon receipt of separate email from hotel. Then you will be sure the room will be saved for you at high season.

Not many options to stay around Legoland :) So, the price bites and value for money is not great. But if you would ask my kids - they loved everything.

Great location, everything else quite ok.

Location is good, Rooms very basic, no fridge to keep drinks cool in summer, no boiler, no coffee machine. Breakfast is decent, busy in peak hours, to be expected though. Oerall value for money quite ok providing that Denmark is an expensive destination anyway.

The trash bins in the room have not been changed/emptied which over a 4-day stay which is quite unacceptable. The beddings not towels were not changed over the 4-day stay, this could be improved.

Overall good stay.

Location is great, close to legoland and waterpark, even airport is a walking distance, though there is a free shuttle both directions. In motel territory is a lot of stuff to do for the kids.

Overall the stay was OK, but if to say what could be improved, then its mattress - too old as it feel as you fall in hole all the time. Breakfast - its ok, but could not understand why bacon had to be burned all the time. Wifi - could not connect to it with any device.
