Lovely little cottage in a remote part of the countryside. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful features such as the old hay bales and feeding tray. Beds were really comfy.
Noise from the cottage next door - at times it felt like they were in our house!
Lots of steps and hills which could be difficult for people with mobility issues.
Lots of coming and going from people who own the horses and dog business

It was nice and remote, very quiet with plenty of walks to do, there is a canal at the rear of the cottage which is a really nice walk.
Not much that we didn’t like. The toilet drains into a septic tank so careful what you flush down there as long as you follow the instructions there will be no problem

Fabulous cottage well appointed and with very friendly and helpful owner.
We would certainly recommend the cottage for families and we will book again.
The nearest shops are a few miles away so you need to drive.
