About this apartment rental
Due to hurricane damage the end of the dock is not usable and there is still visible damage around the exterior of the property. There's still about 175 feet of dock to use. Watch the dolphins play in the Indian River Lagoon from your private patio or from the 200' dock. Time it right and you will have the best view of rocket launches at Kennedy space center straight across the river. Free boat dockage, kayak use, wireless internet, outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, exercise room and laundry. Close to golf courses and beaches. Within walking distance of shopping, movie theaters, bars and lots of restaurants. Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney and Daytona beach all less than an hour away.
Two bedroom, one bath apartment sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in each bedroom. It's the 2nd floor of the main house. We live on the property but guests have complete privacy and we are available anytime they need us.

Beautiful property overlooking the cape and we were lucky enough to have front row seats to a couple rocket launches! Would love to come back to this spot again!

Very nice property right on the Indian River. Lots of wildlife on the river and could see the NASA Vehicle Assembly Building directly across from us. Also got to see a rocket launch from the balcony.Inside was clean and felt especially spacious. Appreciated the storage space and available horizontal surfaces. We could really relax during our few days there. And love the area!

The stairway in the back was a concern and the main reason we left early. The railing for the stairway does not extend to the top three steps which presents a big fall hazard.
