Close to shops, banks, restaurants and The Canaveral National Sea Shore, Space X, Rocket launches. The home is alarmed for added security. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans . Wonderful host. House was clean and we had everything we needed for a week stay. Great and fast communication. Loved the screen porch! We will definitely stay here when we come back.

It was clean and nice. I wish the listing had been updated to take off the firepit (we were looking forward to that) The neighborhood is quiet. We did not use the kitchen except for making coffee. I would recommend a stay here.

Location was good for stores, easy highway access, fast food. House is in an old subdivision. Missing items that other properties had plenty of. No dish soap or cleaning sponge. They provided only basic salt/pepper and some oil.Found 2 used bars of soap in master shower. No bath mats. Backyard was not pleasant, over grown yard, tree cuttings, dirty table and chairs. Washer and dryer were fine.Not my house, so i wont judge on paint, and such.
