If you are looking for the perfect place for short-term (minimum one month) corporate or seasonal rental, look no more! This first-floor condominium features 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds) and two full bathrooms, fabulous breezes, and friendly neighbors. It is peacefully located in the gated community of Pelican Point along the Indian River directly across from Kennedy Space Center. Spectacular viewing of sunrises and rocket launches from the screened in back porch or even from the living room. Enjoy the heated pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle ball and club house with many social activities. New shopping mall within walking distance (or drive across the street) provides access to a movie theatre, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, Wayback burgers, Pizza @ Titus Landing, Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Pet Supermarket, and more! Cable, Wi-Fi internet, water, and electric included. Washer and dryer on each floor. Minutes from Playalinda beach, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Cocoa Beach. Visit Orlando and attractions within one hour. Smart TV in master bedroom and living room. Tenant must read and agree to HOA rules. We love animals, but unfortunately, we are not allowing pets at this time in order to provider a clean dander free space for our guests. Minimum of one-month rental. Seasonal rates will apply. Minimum of three-month rental during peak season (Dec-Mar). All prospective tenants are subject to credit/background screening by owner.

The listing doesn't do this condo justice, the view is incredible and the sunrises over the launch pads are amazing. Regular sightings of all sorts of wildlife, dolphins, rays, etc. from right on the back porch.
It was very clean and well stocked upon arrival, and the host is very nice and easy to contact.
Definitely recommend!
