Space Coast 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in a desirable Oak Tree Gardens neighborhood. Only a 5 min drive to US1 along the Indian River where you can watch rocket launches! Home features screened patio downstairs and enclosed garden area and upstairs balcony. NEW AC system installed April 2020, new furniture, new Serta pillow top king mattresses, down comforters, linens, and kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer, Roku TV's in every room. Our home is comfortable, clean and will not disappoint.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely place. Frankly, the outside scared me, but once inside I was blown away on how clean and beautiful it was. It was the perfect get away!

This is out of the host control but a resident in the area owned a mustang and every morning at 5am revved up his engine and woke us up. Area was not well taken care of. Neighborhood was questionable.
