Crescent Cove is a controlled access property located within Palmas Del Mar Resort, a unique beachfront resort. This villa has been completely renovated in 2024. Amazing kitchen, floors and bathrooms. The Villa is on a second level and is steps away from the beach and pool. It has 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 2nd Bedroom with 1 Queen size bed and a 3rd bedroom with a 2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed. 3 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Sleeps 6 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has a 55" flat screen TV in the living room and 40" flat screen TV in master bedroom and 32" in guest bedrooms. It is served by split units, internet and free Wi-Fi . Beautifully furnished Spectacular ocean views from the first level balcony, master bedroom and 3rd level balcony.
Villa has a solar and battery backup system. Which will come in very handy when there are power outages.
The villa is walking distance from beach, restaurants and tennis courts. A truly relaxing and private retreat. Within the 2,760 acres of the complex you can find two golf courses, 20 tennis courts, pickleball courts and 3 miles of beaches, horse back riding, miles of jogging path, fishing, marina, snorkeling and fishing excursions, casino restaurants and stores. Palmas del Mar Athletic passes (PAC) are available when you book this villa. With passes you get discounts for golf and tennis courts and access to the beach club with an entry fee. The location and home were amazing! Beautiful space that had everything we needed for a great getaway. The home was clean and spacious and Nancy was an amazing and attentive host. We would definitely stay here again!
