Our condo is in a prime location in the heart of South Kihei, steps from Maui’s best beaches, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy a 60x30 resort-style pool, BBQ areas, shuffleboard, beautiful tropical grounds, and free parking.
We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and affordable ground-floor unit (Building 6, Unit 150). Our goal is to make your stay fun, relaxing, and memorable.
About Our Condo
This is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit with a full kitchen, a comfortable queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a peaceful garden-view lanai.
Inside you’ll find:
A/C in both the living room and bedroom
Ceiling fans
Full bath with bathtub and safety handrails
Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook or blend your favorite drink
Extra pantry space for groceries
TVs with upgraded cable
Free high-speed Wi-Fi
Unlimited free long-distance calls to the U.S. and Canada
Landline phone with answering machine
Public Wi-Fi available at the pool and common areas

Stayed at DiAnne’s unit at KKN and it is by far the best unit on the compound! Location is directly in the middle of everything in Kihei and close to the pool. Incredibly clean and homey. The unit has everything you need for beach trips and a fully stocked kitchen! Will return again and until then I’ll be dreaming of the nights reading on the lanai!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our time at DiAnne and Brad's condo. Every single thing you could think of needing was there! It truly felt like home. DiAnne is quick to respond and checked in with us to make sure we had settled in. Great suggestions as to what to check out too! Perfect location, steps away from the pool and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We saw whales breaching off of the beach and even a dolphin jumping along! 🐬You must try the cinnamon bakery in the shopping mall behind. Sooooo good! Would not hesitate to come back and spend our time in Maui here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home and little slice of heaven ❤

Owner & management company were super helpful. Swimming pool was great but really close to the beach.
