About this apartment rental

This cute condo on the second floor has one bedroom and bath. Permitted parking is available right in front of the unit. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities of home. There is a balcony overlooking a lush tree belt, away from traffic noise - perfect for drinking your morning coffee and planning the day. We have an onsite pool and laundry facility. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all just a few steps away - no need to drive if you don't want to!

Terri was great provided all of the info we needed, unit was clean, close to beach and everything we needed, would definitely come back again!

Our stay was great. Room was nice just ask pictured. Just steps to the Beach, restaurants and shopping.

Overall pretty good. The AC however is only in the living room and automatically shuts off every 6 hours making it impossible to get a full nights rest. There also isn’t a dishwasher and the washer/dryers you have to pay for.

We didn’t use the kitchen. The floor cloudHave been cleaner. I wish the listing stated that there was only air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom was very hot! The view of the homeless encampment from the deck was not good
