The place was great. It was in a very central location with a beach right across the street. It’s on the third floor so be ready for stairs.

To start the condo does not have ANY curtains and all windows and doors are glass.
The AC unit is in the living room not in the bedroom.
The communication with the host is terrible. FYI you do your booking with VRBO but then any problem will be through Evolve even when you did your booking through VRBO. They should stated those things clearly in the listing. I traveled with my two kids and the temp inside the condo was 90 degree it was impossible to sleep in there.
