Kihei Kai Nani Bldg 12, #137 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the ground floor. It has a garden view, air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, a television, an in-unit washer/dryer, and free wifi. Parking for one car is included with your stay. There is a queen bed with a memory foam mattress in the bedroom, a portable a/c, and a ceiling fan. In the living room there is a ceiling fan, a wall unit air conditioner, a brand new sofa sleeper (2023) and a TV. The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower. For outdoor activity, Kihei Kai Nani #12-137 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Perfect location!! Right in the center of Maui and right across the street from the beach and lots of nearby places to eat. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone planning a trip to Maui!

We had a great stay at this Kihei Kai Nani condo. It was clean and comfortable, and it had pretty much everything we needed. The beach gear was especially nice. We couldn't find the boogie board that was mentioned, which was a bummer. We didn't necessarily need it, but it would have been nice. The location was also great, both within the complex as well as in Kihei. I would stay here again if there were just two of us. Any more than that would have felt too crowded.

The booking experience was great. However, the condo was not clean. Our family usually takes our shoes off in the home and these floors were filthy. I had to mop the floors twice before we could walk barefoot in the home. The egg chair was also full of sand, which I vacuumed before we could sit down.
