Fantastic view at the mountains! The hotel is located a bit far from city center, and you have to walk around 20-25 min, ascending the steep, so consider that for sure. If you choose the deluxe room, you will have a small bath. The room is warm and spacious. The wifi connection is solid.

The breakfast was way worse than expected: apart from tea & fresh bread with jam you will have a plate of quite mediocre supper (not breakfast food at all). During my three nights stay there was no cleaning or even towel change.

Beds were clean, rooms basic. We had booked 2 rooms for a family but they had a quad room so we could change, that was very nice. For a small town this was a bit away from the center, about 1.7km Not much close by but taxis are very cheap.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fair Review from a Frequent Traveler As someone who travels regularly, I always try to review a hotel from a balanced perspective — appreciating what works well while also pointing out areas that could be improved. The hotel has several strong points. The rooms are spacious, the pricing is budget-friendly, and the staff are genuinely welcoming and helpful. The staff, in particular, deserve appreciation for their attitude and service — they were amazing and made the stay more comfortable. However, there are a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that I believe the management should look into. During my stay, I noticed water leakage in the bathroom, one of the air conditioners was making unusually loud noises, and the hot-water system took quite a long time to heat up. I also found that some of the cutlery provided for eating was not properly clean. These may seem like small issues individually, but for a traveler, cleanliness, basic maintenance, and reliable facilities make a significant difference to the overall experience. That said, I want to emphasize that there are many positive aspects to this hotel, and I would not want these comments to overshadow them. The staff were excellent, the rooms were generously sized, and the prices offer good value for travelers on a budget. My feedback is genuinely intended as constructive advice rather than criticism. I would encourage the management to take a little extra care with maintenance, cleanliness, and room facilities. With these improvements, I believe the hotel could provide an even better experience and become a place that travelers would be happy to return to. Overall, a hotel with good potential, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and reasonable prices — with a few details that deserve the management’s attention.
