I liked everything in the house, design, location

The house was very dirty, hair on the couches and the floor. Dust and bread crumbs on the table and the floor. I had to hoover and mop the floor, actually I spend the day of arrivals cleaning the house.

This property is unparalleled - it is stunningly gorgeous, tucked between the alps and a 10 - 15 min walk from the restaurants and shops in Garmisch. Absolute first class all the way and a dream location. No expense was spared in the construction, and it shows.

The property management company was terrible. There is no way, for this price, you should be expected to check in and navigate the complex entry process without someone being there with you to show you the apartment and answer questions. While a manual is provided, many areas are omitted - for example, it shows a picture of the washer and dryer but has no instructions on how to operate them. (Side note, dryer would not heat regardless of setting and was reported to the company). Additionally, there was nothing on how to use the Bosch stove - helpful tip, hold down the power button, and the display will illuminate. Collecting keys was a disaster. Not only do you have to go to a separate building 10+ minutes away from the house, they are only open certain hours, and you're told to arrange putting keys in a lock box in advance. The lock box should be the standard. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the rental company through text, Booking.com's app and then finally phone, keys were not in the box when we arrived. Thankfully someone was still at the office, but they were downstairs at the other end of the building - a neighbor helped me locate them. Housekeeping was a bit spotty, and king beds had been made for one person, which was bizarre. The master bedroom nightstand was extremely dusty. Batteries in the bedroom remote control were dead, so we purchased some and replaced them. There was no laundry detergent. This is the type of rental where NOTHING is provided beyond cookware. We had to purchase basics like salt and pepper, butter to cook with (no olive oil available). There was absolutely nothing in the fridge, nor was anything simple offered as a gift. Again, for this price point, it's unacceptable. Overall, I loved this place but hated the experience of feeling like there was no one I could contact if I had questions or something went wrong. I sincerely hope the owner reads this review and arranges to have someone onsite in the future.

It was very spacious and a beautiful garden and modern and new and very close to the city center by car .. excellent parking area

The floors of the room were not clean .. full of black hair ..not cleaned enough
