Its interior also includes an open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area. To the outside, there is a decking with furniture, plus off-road parking behind the shop, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Flat 1 boasts tasteful accommodation, a perfectly homely base for couples looking to explore the wonders of Cornwall. Note: There is no reserved parking space for the property

We spent a lovely week in Penzance, and the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. It’s situated very close to the trains and buses, as well as supermarkets and little cafes which was a great bonus. We found the apartment well equipped with plenty to watch on telly and functioning Wi-Fi. I’d say to give the property a perfect score they could pay a bit more attention to cleaning, and the pictures seem a bit outdated as the deck could do with new furniture. Also there are no instructions where to leave rubbish. The apartment is located at the top of some steep steps which is good to know! But we thought it was good value for money and enjoyed ourselves!
