The Gardens at Beachwalk is an exceptional Mediterranean-style resort with tropical gardens and beautiful lakes surrounding a superb clubhouse with a heated swimming pool. The grounds of this resort are phenomenally and daily maintained so just walking around fills you up with a nice relaxing feeling.
This is a comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two full bathroom condo on the first floor (ground level by European standards) that has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Enjoy the view of the beautiful lake, fountain, palms and trees from the condo balcony.
The living room is equipped with a perfectly styled sofa and chair as well as a comfy rattan chair where you can enjoy cable on 50" LED TV.
Wireless high-speed Internet access, as well as a variety of cable channels, are available at all times.
Fully equipped kitchen, bar and two barstools ready to make delicious dinner and cocktails. Next to it there is a beautifully decorated dining room.
The master bedroom has a fabulous queen-size bed with an exceptionally comfortable individual coil with a memory foam pillow-top mattress in front of 40" LED TV. It also features an en-suite full bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and even bigger walk-in closet and also a second full bathroom. All rooms have beautiful lake views and palm trees.
The full-size washer and dryer are situated in their own utility room inside the condo.
All bedding and towels are new and kept to a very hygienic standard. This 9-foot ceilings condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.
The resort clubhouse features a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, beach chairs, seating area with real fireplace, pool and foosball table, kitchen/bar area, and a fully-equipped state of the art gym.
Warm Gulf waters, white powdered sand beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, full-service marinas, many championship golf courses and unlimited activities are all just a couple of minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are within short walking distance. The Fort Myers airport is only 15 minutes away.
The condo is conveniently located across the street from all necessary shops (pharmacy, supermarkets… ) and restaurants...

Overall enjoyable stay, although the condo needs a thorough cleaning. My wife ended up cleaning some areas that “just couldn’t wait!” We found Beachwalk to be a fantastic area with our unit having a beautiful pond view. The owner was very easy to deal with and was very responsive to any concerns we had.

We had an enjoyable time at this condo. It’s location is primo and the gated community is immaculate, including all the amenities. Bob, the manager was very prompt with his communications. He had painted and laid new flooring to improve the condo. A little more attention could be given to deep cleaning details (ceiling fans and underneath furniture, as well as top of fridge). We would return to this property.
