Unit 314 is 1090 sq. ft., 3rd floor walk-up vacation condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations and the condo has a washer/dryer, 2 TVs, DVD, free wi-fi. Sleeps 4.
1-month minimum rental. NOTE: Application to be submitted 5-10 days prior to arrival. Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the end of the month during peak season Dec - April. Call for help with special requests.

The location was superb, it was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was also a very convenient location to have access to the pool and fitness center. The actual condo was fine. The mattresses were not very comfortable and the dishwasher could use updating. When we did laundry there were dust bunnies in the hall so I think the vent could use a thorough cleaning . I don’t love getting the key from the property company but that is just how they do it. We live Beachwalk and will rent again if the opportunity arises.
