About this apartment rental
Completely remodeled kitchen with brand new hardwood floors! Brand new kitchen and living room furniture and 42" flatscreen with oak hardwood floors. Partially remodeled bathroom with new tile floors, vanity and toilet. Minutes from Mt. Crested Butte and the ski resort. Ride the free Mountain Express bus to the base area and have fun at apres ski without worrying about driving. Quiet neighbors and no noise from the resort. This unit is registered with the Town of Mt. Crested Butte: 305740. Sorry no pets are allowed per condo regulations. Two parking passes are provided for guests and parking is unassigned and uncovered. This was a great home base for hiking around CB…perfect for 2 people. My only minor complaint is that the tub needs an anti-slip mat of some sort. I slipped a few times and fell once. Also we could not change the thermostat, and it was pretty warm most nights. We opened some windows and that helped, but we definitely like it cold when sleeping. Otherwise, everything was great, awesome location, easy check-in and very clean.

The condo has a great location. Large enough but everything is a little worn. The main challenge was that the thermostat was set at 68-70 and could not be adjusted. Info notebook said owner wears thermals all the time so therefore nothing more than 70 in 45 degree weather in August.
