The condo has a great location. Large enough but everything is a little worn. The main challenge was that the thermostat was set at 68-70 and could not be adjusted. Info notebook said owner wears thermals all the time so therefore nothing more than 70 in 45 degree weather in August.

More of a rustic feel. The kitchen has everything. I loved the light and view and the fact that it is not part of the resort/base area (resort condos have “sweet” views of other condos). Many of the neighbors are residents and friendly. My only complaint is that property is not smoke free and the resident next door is a smoker, which bummed me out inside the unit and during my morning coffee on the porch. Anthony was an attentive communicator… another plus to talk to a real person rather than through a management company with divided attention. If it wasn’t for the smokers, I would stay again.

This place is small but nice and conveniently located. It was a short walk to the bus stop to head into town, the place had pretty much everything you could need, and communication with the host was easy before and during our stay. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

This was a great home base for hiking around CB…perfect for 2 people. My only minor complaint is that the tub needs an anti-slip mat of some sort. I slipped a few times and fell once. Also we could not change the thermostat, and it was pretty warm most nights. We opened some windows and that helped, but we definitely like it cold when sleeping. Otherwise, everything was great, awesome location, easy check-in and very clean.

This condo is cozy (small), but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. The king size bed has a good mattress and pillows. We were a little disappointed that there was not a washer & dryer in the condo, but there was obviously no place to have that. There is no TV provider. In order to watch TV you need to use your own provider. All-in-all, the condo is very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay in Crested Butte and found the location perfect- a quarter mile from the sidewalk that takes you directly downtown and also located close to Mt. Crested Butte. The kitchen was well supplied and the bed was comfortable. Anthony replied quickly when I had difficulty accessing wifi. The only small disappointment was the bathroom- needs a little attention and updating.

Easy check in process. Anthony is very responsive to questions. Rental is very cozy, comfortable and clean. I was disappointed in the number of bathroom linens provided. We stayed for 5 nights with 3 people. There were 4 towels and 4 washcloths. I am on vacation and do not want to do laundry everyday for clean washcloths!! I would also suggest a new exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything else with this property Was very impressive.

Cute, Convenient Condo

My son and I stayed here for four nights in March and had everything we needed here. The kitchen is well-equipped and check-in is a painless process. The free shuttle stops very close by for easy access to both the ski resort and town. Good value as well!

The place isn’t bad, however there are a few items I would point out. The bed is lacking a headboard and had mismatched bedding with stains on it. If more than one person is sleeping in the bed, the other must climb in from the end of the bed. Not a lot of extra space in the room and no dresser for clothes. There is also no closet door and a lot of the owner’s personal effects throughout the place. The baseboard heating is a little old and we had to keep turning it up to stay warm. The building is also fairly loud and not well insulted; we heard the neighbors above moving around early every morning. The kitchen is nice and had everything we needed, except wine glasses. The kitchen and living room windows have nice views of the mountains. Parking at the complex is easy. We did use the local free bus and the stop is right at the end of the driveway, so that was convenient, once you learn the schedule. Mount Crested Butte was AMAZING skiing and the town of CB was really nice.
