Excellent accomodation in calm and relaxing environment with friendly hosts.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room is light and spacious, clean and light. Bathroom plus toilet has enough space, too. For breakfast, we were asked to give orders in the previous evening. Next morning, we've got everything on the table. Tea and coffee were kindly served :)

Great location and comfortable beds.

We used this location for a halfway point between Bruges and Amsterdam. It was easy to find and was in a great location to get back on the road. Really quiet neighborhood and great and welcoming hosts. They had no problem accommodating a 730 breakfast. The beds were comfortable and rooms are amazing. It would be a great location for those traveling with families as they had bunkbeds in two of the rooms.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient- outside of a chain hotel.

Quiet location in the countryside 5 km from Roosendaal center. Room is large and comfortable with angle adjustable beds, which some may prefer(we did not). Breakfast was continental prepared to order(previous evening) by the owners, who are friendly and working hard to improve their property. Good suggestion for evening dinner back in Roosendaal with ur family.

A more fullsome quantity of breakfast should be provided without the guest haaving to ask? The property is still in the middle of major development so parking and access is sometimes fraught? Small access roads and bike priorities require attention by non-native drivers!

the bathroom door doesn’t isolate the toilet. the door glass is missing. You can smell everything…. Not good cooling-heating system. Amy (owner) is an amazing person. She is always positive with nice attitude. Her partner must to learn how to speak to the customers. He is very rude. Not happy with him. They must “hide” him if they like to keep the customers 😉

Mooie kamers, lekkere douche, fijn ontbijt en een goed toegeruste keuken waar de gasten zelf ook eten kunnen maken.

Naast de stevige bedkussens zou het fijn zijn als gasten ook kunnen kiezen voor zachtere hoofdkussens. M.a.w. zorg voor 2 varianten op de kamers.

Een best verblijf

Rustig gelegen locatie met veel ruimte om zelf te kunnen doen/ nemen (eventueel ook koken). Thee, koffie, drankje voorhanden. Ontbijt was prima en voldeed aan wensen die de avond ervoor bij lijst gevraagd werden. Was ook een best warme locatie in deze toch al koudere november maand. Goed geslapen op elektrisch verstelbare boxsprings voorzien van warm dekbed

Een gastvrije ontvangst, een keurige kamer en alles heerlijk schoon. Koffie en thee de hele dag vrij verkrijgbaar. Een heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keus uit verschillende dingen.
