    My stay at Yotel hotel was great, the hotel has all modern convenience, helpful staff, and I was even able to check in before 3 pm. Lobby has vending machines with drinks, snacks and souvenirs. And there is coffee/water station at the each floor. Rooms are big and pretty spacy. I liked the light control station in the room, which allows to choose different options of lighting in the room. A/C system was also great. The price for value was good. Self checkin/checkout kiosks are available. Hotel located within 5 min walk from Union Station, Amtrak.

    Hotel is clean and has a cool vibe. Housekeeping lady was friendly. A lot to mention about the bad experience we encountered (WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS). We arrived earlier and the 2 front desk staff lacks greeting manners basic to hospitality service. Even more the luggage staff who’s rude and the day of our check out keeps asking for tip. Who’ll gonna give tip for someone rude from the moment you step into this hotel. Few hours after check out, good thing I checked my email notif only to find out the hotel made 2 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES on my credit card that I am completely unaware. The charges were 500usd in total. These are completely different from the 35usd they would ask upon check in as facility fee and 100usd as security deposit. I came back to the hotel and reached out to Lolo (front desk on duty that afternoon) and said it was a mistake and will reach out to his manager and cancel it. He got my email. Up until this review, no update whatsoever. I also reached out to the frontdesk email and email of Yotel. in general but no one is replying to my enquiry with them. So much inconvenience. So if you do not want the same headache I am having, don’t book here.
