    Great location -Union Market, price, and customer service/staff. The walls were thin, I could hear every conversation plus a couple of “other” activities from the rooms next door. The room was very small if you’re booking a couples stay, I would recommend upgrading the room. Do not book the Full Express for more than one person. There is a parking deck next door but it is not owned by the hotel so you will have to pay for however long you’re there. Lastly, the first floor hallway close to the stairwell smelled like piss however, the stairwell was very clean and spacious.

    Staff was wonderful though what turned me off was the additional charges. Not sure what that was for. No gym but a running path was close and the rooftop was nice.

    Uncomfortable tiny bed, finicky thermostat makes it too hot or too cold to sleep, and thin walls means you can hear other guests snoring or talking.
