    This MOTEL (advertised as a “Hotel” on Agoda) was absolutely terrible. Our room was extremely humid, to the point that it was difficult to breathe. It had a tiny, hand-sized “window” that didn’t allow us to see whether it was day or night, let alone whether it was sunny or raining. To make matters worse, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that we specifically requested a non-smoking room. The bathroom was also very run-down and clearly in need of renovation. The staff were equally disappointing. During check-in, I was simply handed the room keys without being told which floor our room was on. When I politely asked the woman at the desk, she just replied, “Go.” Honestly, what kind of customer service is that? I would never stay here again. Trust me, spend a little more money and stay somewhere else—you’ll be much better off avoiding this place.

    Lady at reception is rude and unwelcoming. It stunk of cigarettes. Room looks nothing like the photo really. Location was okay but not the best. Room wasn’t cleaned.
