    Location and interior design is very modern and excellent. But the staff is not upto mark. The kids play area care taker is very rude. They will say you to sit with your kids in same room to take care of them, then for what thing the two care takers are there. You will never find such things in taj or other Good hotels.For this we complaint to the reception. A manager named balu came to us, who was a useless person. He doesn't deserve to be a relationship manager

    Tried calling 4 times to book a table—no response or confirmation. Experienced power failure 3 times in the room. Check-in was delayed, luggage was delivered late, and even basic amenities like shower gel were missing. Very disappointing experience.
