I randomly booked this property as a part of my unplanned extension to my Goa trip. But this turned out to be our best property I have been to. Not just the brand of Taj, the warmth of staff hit us right at check in. This was followed by high class rooms, amazing views, world class property. I cannot wait for my next stay in the same property.

Simply exceptional! Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was the absolute highlight of our 6-day Goa trip—a truly stunning, luxurious, almost seven-star experience. Our sea-view room was amazing. The huge floor-to-ceiling glass window with an incredible sea view was simply breathtaking. The bathtub was a huge hit with the kids, and every detail of the room felt premium and beautifully maintained. The massive lobby, stunning architecture, spectacular sea views and beautiful dining areas were all top-class. Dining with the sea view, whether indoors or outdoors, was an experience in itself. Breakfast, food quality, cleanliness and service—all excellent. The staff deserve a special mention—polite, well-mannered, decent, warm and genuinely lovely. The property has two fantastic pools, including an infinity pool, with amazing views. We also had access to the pool and private beach of the Heritage property, with a complimentary buggy service whenever we wanted to go to the beach. During our Ganesh Chaturthi stay, the hotel also surprised us with an excellent complimentary high tea, which was so generous and filling that we hardly needed anything afterward! What a property, what a view, what a room! Absolutely amazing. Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was undoubtedly the STAR of our Goa trip. ❤️

Service fell well below expectations for a Taj property. We arrived very early in the morning due to a flight delay, and despite being a family of four, the room was stocked with only two towels. After five phone calls and a visit to the front desk, it took nearly two hours to receive additional towels, which is unacceptable. We also requested assistance from the concierge to arrange an outstation cab. He assured us he would follow up, but we never heard back and had to make arrangements ourselves online. Given the number of staff present, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through was disappointing. However, the property does have its positives: the buffet food options were good, the pool was enjoyable, and the room offered a great view.
