The service and location is commendable. Wendalla and Silo were amazing in their hospitality. Have been coming for 2 years and can’t wait to visit again.

Very nice hotel with good amenities. Staff Service less than excellent. Break fast is okay but exceptional taste and good service is missing. I felt staff uniform should be better looking for a 5 star hotel. Junior trainees not properly instructed or guided.

The property offers stunning views and refreshing pool with great staff

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. Since it was the monsoon season, we intentionally booked a garden-view room instead of an ocean-view room. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the property was large enough for pleasant walks. However, aside from the gardens, the room condition, food, and customer service were far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Room Condition: The carpet was extremely dirty and damp, and there were dust balls on the floor, suggesting the room had not been cleaned properly. The sofa cushions were badly worn out, and the furniture in general looked old and outdated. The shower booth had poor drainage or sealing, so every time we took a shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor. We had to leave a large towel outside the shower every day to soak up the water. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was very limited and focused mainly on Indian cuisine. Other than boiled eggs and croissants, there was very little we could eat. Considering the size of the resort, the breakfast restaurant was too small and was always crowded. The food stations were also poorly organized, making the dining experience feel chaotic. Room Service & Housekeeping: The room service food tasted good, but delivery took over an hour. Housekeeping did not clean our room every day. We had to request cleaning before anyone came. Getting Around: The resort offers buggy transportation, which would normally be convenient. Unfortunately, the road leading to our building was under construction, so the buggy could not reach us easily. We could also hear construction noise from our room, which disturbed our rest. Customer Service: Check-in took an extremely long time because the staff questioned us in detail about every electrical item we had brought, including an electric toothbrush, a hair dryer, and a small electric pot. In the end, they even followed us to our room to inspect the electric pot before allowing us to use it. Although the lengthy check-in was very frustrating, no one apologized for the delay. Our room was a connecting room, and we could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room. We reported this to the staff, but no action was taken. Whenever we called the concierge, the phone rang for a long time before anyone answered, and the staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. In addition, food delivery through Zomato was not allowed. Although Blinkit deliveries were permitted, we had to walk all the way to the main entrance to collect our orders ourselves. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star property. Apart from the beautiful gardens and spacious grounds, our experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to travelers looking for a true five-star stay.
