    We are a couple where one is a wheelchair user. The staff at the Marriott could not have been more attentive or helpful. Absolutely made our stay.

    The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Just wanted to say that i really appreciate one security detail as part of the property. I was travelling solo, was given the corner most room of the property. I was a tad bit skeptical because i could see that public had somewhat access to the property through the beach. But i noticed that there was someone from the security side always standing guard on the end, which made me feel so safe and i truly appreciate that being a solo female traveller! Thanks to whoever it is from your staff who sits through the day/night there.

    I recently stayed at the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa and, unfortunately, found the overall experience below expectations for the price paid. The room amenities and bathroom fittings felt quite old and outdated, and the room itself was rather small considering the rate. My room door also didn’t close smoothly and kept catching against the frame, which was inconvenient. In addition, the chairs in the foyer had visible bird droppings on them. Even after I requested for them to be cleaned, the issue was not resolved during my stay. While the location and name of the property are impressive, I feel the hotel would benefit from refurbishment and better upkeep to match the standard it aims to represent.
