    Terrible experience. Upon arrival at 17:50 the room wasn’t ready. Somehow between searching the property on Agoda and booking, our children had been left off of the booking. Though as per the property policy, children between the ages of 3 and 12 stay for free if using existing bedding. Our children are 7 and 3 (almost 4). Upon arrival we were told that there was only one bed. We said that was fine as this is how we have been staying since arriving in Thailand. The lady showed us to our room which we said would be fine even though it was not ready. Then she said the last guest put toilet paper in the toilet and she needed to fix it and said we would just break it again. We reassured her we have travelled a lot and do not put toilet paper in the toilet. Then she said our children would. Then she said our 3 year old would wet the bed. Once again we reassured her none of these things would happen. Then the lights were broken, and I offered to fit the new ones if she had a ladder. She showed us the only light they had was a small lamp. All this time making it clearly obvious she did not want us to stay and when we pointed this out got upset. Claimed our children made the room dirty as they had climbed on the bed they had thought they were staying in. Both our girls are calm and considerate children. We left and had to booked another accommodation last minute. I tried to be fair in our review as the accommodation was in a lovely setting and the little we saw of the room was exactly what we were looking for, for our time in Pai, however I wouldn’t recommend booking this place as the experience stained our short time there.

    Out of Pai. If you want to calm and relax, this is the place. For visits you will need a scooter. Everything was perfect

    We really enjoyed staying here, it was quiet and relaxing. It is not near Pai town centre so it suits people who have a bike or car. She made us a delicious breakfast.

    Incredibly lovely cottages in the countryside, about 10 minutes away from town center by scooter. Arpar takes care of everything, and she is incredibly nice. Everything is very clean and smells like fresh laundry. I can also recommend the musli breakfast! We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.
