Wonderful location next to the park and the modern wellness building is right next to the river, the facilities are amazing to practice yoga, sauna and icebath for extra fee. The guesthouse is a separate building with comfortable spacious dorms and private rooms. Great kitchen!
Only downside was that the guesthouse seems very easy to step into (for everyone from the street..). Special thanks to extra-special Net for his care and kind communication!

Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again as it was a bit far out for me into the center of Pai. The bed was too hard and its part of the hostel so it was really noisy with thin walls. The staff were very lovely though

It's a new property so it's great! They have really nice facilities in the main building! Sauna, place to sit outside, beautiful garden, riverside etc. The dorm room was big and there r balconies to chill. Really nice place!
Cons: poor maintenance.
I was not happy with the washroom, the water didn't drain on the 2nd floor, there was no bodywash and the heater was either not working completely or would hardly heat up the water. But I never told them until checkout. It looked like they would have helped if I had told them earlier.
No free coffee but they have really good barista
