    Could use a little tlc but overall spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with good facilities and good bathroom. A short ride into town

    Had no where to stay in Pai. Last minute search and found this amazing little hidey hole. Mountain views to die for. Mango smoothies made of just mango!! A couple of kms into town but a nice walk to see the sites. Worth the low cost. Or room was huge. Run down but quaint.

    The place is okay, however not for the price per night. Unfortunately the photos currently listed are from 2018 and are not accurate to the current condition of the villas. The particular king deluxe villla we stayed in was run down, even falling apart with massive cracks down the walls, terrible paintjob and grout in bathroom cracking away. The mattress was comfortable, but bed rickety. There is also no ventilation in the room, ie no openable windows. This may be important information for some. The place is functionable, and fine for a price point of about 1000bht max per night. Absolutely not for the 2400 paid. A homestay for a fraction of the cost would be a better option. The resort is right on the highway so it is noisy during the day. The gardens are dry and dont seem to be very maintained. The staff there were nice, i dont know about the owners though. They did not want to amend the booking after being so disappointed at the clear false advertising of the place with very old photos. Its a shame, i hate giving bad reviews, but i think it is so important for the transparency for others to know what they are booking.
