Had a good stay ,clean and friendly, rooms not overly big . Location good. Told us that the Italian restaurant next door gives 10% off when shown room key but they said they don't do that anymore. Biggest disappointment was we booked it because the website said there was on-site parking and no mention of an extra charge on the agoda pages that I booked on. Or it was well hidden?. Just be aware otherwise good 👍

When I booked the room from Agoda, it said the room comes with a partial sea view. However, it faces an empty land. I reported this to the management, and they said they have no sea view. Am I entitled to a partial refund then? I haven't received a response from the hotel since I sent the booking information. Additionally, the toilet was smelly, the shower had stains, and the fridge made a strange sound. I woke up several times at night thinking someone might have gotten into the room. The pillowcase and duvet on one bed were old and dirty. Please note that the housekeeping service was limited during the Easter break. There was no point to book a room with full service. I booked a room without a service. Given the price I paid, I think it's expensive for the service provided. Other than that, I think it's a comfortable stay. It's far better than those branded hotels on the party street in town. It's also close to the central market and Chinatown with many dining options. The bed and pillows are comfortable.
