    About half way between terrible and appalling. TV did not work. Some loonies nearby were yelling at weach for about 45 minutes. Reception staff were pretty industrial.

    Stayed for a 2 week period and room was dirty as per last stay room was brushed over and didn't feel sanitary. There was work going on that we weren't advised about and was constant noise outside room for 3 days. A texter had leeked accidentally on one of the sheets on the bed and after spending the amount of time we had there and not having our room services or necessities given..they proceeded to keep our bond for a old sheet that had a accidental stain on it saying it was a 50 dollar sheet. Just ridiculous considering the amount of disregard they give to their customers when staying there. Wasn't very impressed with the excuse es considering we were loyal and returning customers who will not be going back there again due to these standards and the way they went about looking after their loyal customers. We are homeless and stayed here for a roof over our heads and when we told them we needed the bond they didn't care a bit and made excuses why we couldn't have it back..we cleaned the room when we got there and left it cleaner and tidyer than we received when we left.. but it didn't matter to them they were just looking for anything to blame you for to keep the bond.

    Room was very dirty and had bed linen changed, but rest of room was like it had been brushed over quickly. Drains were blocked and water would not drain away very well. stayed for 2 weeks and had to ask everytime for necessities, there was rubbish, wrappers under the bed which hadn't been picked up...there was dirt build up in the shower doors so thick it was not a nice thing to have to remove before you shower.
