Make no mistake, this property has seen better days, however, the apt. studio room with kitchen in a very nice, green, quiet, residential neighborhood for the price is almost a miracle. We had reserved a room at CQ, upon arrival we were told our reservation was canceled by the booking agency. We had no idea why but were informed by the front desk receptionist since they didn’t do the cancelation she could not help and walked away from the desk leaving us dumbfounded! We went online and saw this property was available and booked. We went over @ noon and were greeted like family and shown to our room immediately despite checkin being 4:00 pm. The large room with a sofa, large desk, kitchenette, dressing room and big bed with crisp white sheets salvaged our visit to D.C. The welcoming manner after hearing of our prior experience made us feel seen and captivated. “Thank you” The River Inn!

It was very spacious for the location and price. Everything is well equipped and clean. Breakfast is not included.

The location is unbearable making it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot, which is a huge plus. The cleanliness throughout the property is impressive, and the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience.
