    We arrived in D.C. for a five-day family trip. The hotel location was perfect. close to metro yet a close walk to numerous locations of interest. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well.

    Everything was perfect except The bathroom was a bit run down and we were told that we were going to have a city view but we had a view of a wall

    The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the maid service did a good job. The room needs work. The beds are very uncomfortable. There is no mini fridge so we could not store cold drinks. The ac in the room is cold but there is a constant loud metal rattle. The elevator is broken. The staircase hallway is filled with bags of trash. The tv is very old and small. The breakfast is subpar. The water pressure is very low. There are no black out shades on the windows and there is a bright alley light so it appears daylight at all times. Overall the location is excellent and the staff is good. They desperately need to invest in repairing and updating the hotel room which is the most important aspect of my stay. It was incredibly hard to get any good sleep here. I would not recommend it in its current state.
