    The elevator was broke took long times to get up and done WiFi on tv kept going in and out water pressure was slim to none not enough towels in bathroom the shower head was very very small they need to upgrade a lot I won’t be back really wanted a refund

    Probably the best bed I slept in whilst in the US. Nice and firm. The lady on the night shift was lovely. Really helpful. The day shift staff not so much. They didn't have the same level of care and once made me feel like I was disturbing their conversation. The room was very clean, very comfortable. Only one lift is working, but that wasn't really a problem.

    The location wasn't ideal for parking purposes. Unless you'd like to pay for the daily parking. Just happens to be construction around the hotel at this time. Also, only one of the elevators was working. The staff was pretty amazing & stellar. As well as the food was amazing for the breakfast. Would highly recommend.

    The hotel location, facilities and the majority of staff were great especially the kitchen and transportation drivers. We had a long flight from the West Coast and the transportation from DCA was excellent. However we encountered a very rude front hotel receptionist. She had a bad attitude and lacked common courtesy. We encountered a problem with the booking and the staff made every possible attempt to make it harder on us to solve the problem. She was a snob and rude. I have no idea how or why she would be in a position to deal with the public. Thank God the Agoda staff was more than awesome and helped resolve the booking mishap. The hotel was about a 10 min walk away from the Metro. Many stores and restaurants centrally located. Overall a very good hotel, but please work on getting your front reception to adjust the attitude! Thanks
