Overall the hotel has a good location. Surrounded with so many tradional shop houses and cafes.
    8.4 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Excellent location. We had two rooms in the hotel. Twin room was perfect. Solo room had no black out blinds or curtains, barely any storage for clothes, no full length mirror. In the bathroom the shower curtain didn't reach the ground meaning bathroom floor was immediately wet once you had a shower. Quite dangerous.. This was the dearest hotel I stayed in and only hotel that had all of the issues listed above. There were no issues with the twin room. If traveling solo I wouldn't recommend the room for one person..i was room 915. Strange shaped room. Better off booking twin roon. Staff were nice and helped with luggage forwarding

Staff are very helpful, hotel complex is clean and close to Public transport.
    5.6 / 10·May 2026
The location of hotel was top notch. But unfortunately staff were unfriendly. No smiles ever. No hello. They looked super miserable to be there. They should definitely get new staff. And change interior of room. All grey and depressing which when including the attitude of staff made the hotel a depressing stay and we stayed dout of the hotel as much as possible
