It was great for one night or maybe a couple nights, but maybe it was just my case, but the room I was in, the window was the only source of air and cold, bevause the ac wasn't working, if I had a bed further from the window I might have melted... And there was a constant dripping sound inside the room. The rest was great

First I thought sleeping, sorry TRYING TO SLEEP, there was the worst thing happened to me recently, then shower part came. It is August but water was almost at boiling degree and it was not possible to manage the heat as there was only one button in the shower like those of at gyms which enables water to run for few seconds. Small mattresses on bed were really tough that it was as if almost I was sleeping on the floor. I could not really sleep well as I kept waking up because it was super uncomfortable. At the same price there are many other hostels, I would recommend avoiding this place if possible.

Just a lift to go upstirs

I’m giving this hostel 5 stars only because that was the rating I selected, but honestly, my experi.ence was terrible. I specifically booked a room for six people, and unfortunately three of the guests turned out to be some of the loudest people I have ever encountered. One of them repeatedly threatened me and insulted me, and despite reporting the situation, the management did absolutely nothing. I was not offered another room, and the person causing the problems was not moved either. Another guest constantly left the bathroom in a terrible state, spent around 30 minutes in there at a time, and regularly left it flooded. The third guest was making noise throughout the entire night, banging around as if he were playing drums. I got practically no sleep at all. The room itself is also poorly designed for a hostel. You can hear absolutely everything happening in the bathroom from the room, which makes every sound and every noise even more disturbing. Combined with the extremely noisy guests, it turned the whole stay into a torture session of constant noise. On top of that, towels cost €3 to rent, and there are no lockers available, which is pretty disappointing for a hostel. The management’s response to the problems was extremely poor. I reported the situation and nothing meaningful was done. I definitely would not recommend this place if you value sleep, peace, cleanliness, privacy, or basic respect from other guests. What should have been a normal hostel stay turned into an exhausting and extremely unpleasant experience.
