    円安の時代、多くの日本人の旅行者の選択肢となり得る価格帯のホテルですので、日本語でレビューさせて頂きます。実際に宿泊した感想です。 ▪️ロケーション ロンドン中心外かと思いきや、意外と観光に不便しません。ホテルの目の前にバス停、徒歩数分でテムズリンクの駅があります。主要な観光地までドアツードアで1時間以内には行けます。　 ▪️周辺環境 クリックルウッド周辺は移民系の店が多く、物乞いも散見され雑多です。特に夜はやや治安が悪い印象です。しかしながら、日本のコンビニ感覚で使用出来る大手スーパーが徒歩3分以内に2軒ありますし、夜は出歩かなければ問題ありません。また、ホテル目の前のパン&ケーキ屋さんはとてもフレンドリーで味も良く、日本の各地のローカルで愛されるようなパン屋を彷彿させます。　 ▪️ホテル受付、共用部 入り口の回転扉は手動となっており、成人がやや体重をかけて押さないと動きませんので、使いにくいです。全館禁煙ですが喫煙所は外の入り口付近にあります。　受付のスタッフの対応は極めて普通でシンプルです。ロビーはくつろげるソファーがいくつか有り、一階は一部がパブになっています。　地下二階がイベントスペースになっており、夜様々なイベントが催されています。かなり音楽ガンガンだったりしますが、建物の作りが良いのか、部屋の中までは聞こえてきません（廊下には聞こえます）。 また、致命的なのがWi-Fiです。ロビーでは高速ですが、部屋に入ると非常に弱く使い物になりません（私は地下一階でした）。リモートの仕事などの予定がある方はご注意お願いします。 また、エレベーターがありますが私のチェックイン時には壊れており、重い荷物を持って階段を降りる事になりました。帰りには復活してましたが、エレベーターの稼働は不安定かもしれません。また、円安の時代に救世主となり得るのがスーパーのミールディールですが、ホテルに電子レンジが無いので温めることが出来ませんので、部屋食する場合はサンドウィッチとかにならざるを得ません。 ▪️部屋 他のレビューにある通り、設備は古いですが、使用に問題はありません。広さもトランク2人分を広げて使用出来たので申し分ありません。エアコンは集中管理になってるので個別の冷暖房切り替えは不可です。　地下一階は湿気で何となくじめっとしてます。シャンプーやコンディショナーはありません。冷蔵庫もありません。 ▪️その他 客室清掃の札をかけ忘れた事を外出後に気づいたため、ホテルと連絡を取りたく、AGホテルグループのオフィシャルWhatsAppから連絡してみると、とても素早く返信頂き、快く引き受けて頂きましたが、当日夜に部屋に着くと清掃されてませんでした。。本部からのホテルへの連絡不備か、ホテルがそれを見忘れたかだと思いますが、不快な一晩を過ごしました。 ▪️総評 上記注意点をご理解の上での宿泊であれば、特に問題があるわけでもなく、比較的リーズナブルに観光を楽しめると思います。

    This hotel is excellent. The room was a descent size and the staff at reception ( I think her name was Flora) and her colleague was so helpful and polite. Breakfast was outstanding. The whole of the hotel is beautiful and clean. There are loads of local shop right outside. Plenty of takeaways and off licence. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Great Breakfast Friendly Staff Double Bed mattrass cheap, no support, springs in back. The single bed was amazing Room 413

    Bathroom was flooded, internet didn’t work, had to move 2x, tv reception was poor. Hotel should invest in a refrigerator and microwave in each room.
