    Our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Love staying here. Very convenient location, hospital staff, comfy beds, and good breakfast. We'll be back for sure.

    Hotel Grand basement is connected to JR Sapporo exit8. Good for raining n winter time when u can avoid the wet floor. From Sapporo station /tour bus meeting point to exit 8 take 15mins , from exit 8 to odori exit 31 take 25mins. Hotel station in the mid point. The only problem is no coins laundry available.

    We were two adults and a teenager and got a triple twin beds in a room. I loved the art deco style of the hotel and we were pleased with our room plenty of space and bathroom was large. The room was clean and slept well there. The location was perfect for seeing Sapporo and Sapporo was actually the favourite part of our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel staff on the whole where lovely we had a breakfast there which we all enjoyed ( my teenager is a fussy eater ) she enjoyed it . I gave 4 star for staff as we did have an issue with bag forwarding to this hotel that broke my partners bag, they were not the most helpful with our issue ( forwarding broke the zips off new suitcase so we could no longer use it ) now it wasn’t the hotels responsibility but was expecting a bit more help. But we resolved the issue ourselves in the end and all other staff we interacted with were lovely.
