A Pros: Property: Recently renovated, clean. Location: Close to Odori Park.

Cons & Areas for Improvement: Booking & Communication Issues: We booked and paid in full for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 15 & 8, equivalent to 3 adults + 1 child). Yet at check in, the system incorrectly registered only 3 adults. Despite sending a pre flight message, we received no reply. At arrival, staff only used basic English to repeatedly insist the booking was for 3 adults rather than resolving the issue. Arriving exhausted after 2 consecutive flights only to argue over this was deeply frustrating. Room Setup & Misrepresentation: Rooms are quite small. Despite paying full price for 3 adults + 1 child, there was no sofa bed with bedding. This forced 2 adults and 2 child to squeeze onto 2 pushed together twin beds. Check in Workflow & Staff Demeanor: The hybrid check-in model is poorly executed. Guests do all manual kiosk work (entering reservation codes, scanning passports, issuing keycards) while two staff members stand alongside with a cold, unapproachable, and unhelpful attitude. Management should either adopt full automation (like Minn) or return to attentive front desk service (like Mercure of Accor). Housekeeping & Transit: Full cleaning is done only once every 4 days, meaning zero housekeeping during our entire 4 night sstay. Additionally, the ~600m walk from the station is not particularly convenient with heavy luggage.

New hotel, nice design, clean, convenient - just a few minutes from the train station with a 7-eleven just a few steps away.

We booked the hotel for 4 people (two adults, two kids). Room was supposed to accommodate 4 of us with sofa bed. Specifically sent message to ensure the sofa bed will be ready as a bed a week before our arrival. Not only was it not ready, they tried to charge us extra for the sofa bed. Had to argue with the staff, they had to take a picture of the booking.com reservation, had to contact the manager, which took over 10 minutes, and then said they’ll make an exception - again, reservation was for 4 people.

まず　オンラインチェックイン時に 部屋への行き方の説明や朝食券の有無　入室後のカードキーの差し込みによって電源が入る事などスタッフの方の口添えがあれば印象が違っていたかもしれません あと　部屋に入った時にカーテンを開けた時や電気ポットにホコリが溜まっていて清掃はされているがしばらく使われなかったお部屋なのかなと感じてしまいました アメニティにコーヒーがなかったのも残念でした
